This 3-day Lamaze Intensive helps mothers and partners gain the knowledge, confidence, and calm needed for labour, birth, and early postpartum care.
Day 1 – Understanding Pregnancy & Preparation
Goal: Build awareness and prepare your body and mind for labour.

Day 2 – Labour, Birth & Comfort Techniques
Goal: Master the art of staying calm and in control through every contraction.
